DIY: Smoothie ! YUM!

I know I know.... It's getting way to cold for this,but it's so tasty and great after a workout if you add protein ! :) 

You'll Need :
Frozen Fruit
& Your favorite flavored water ! 

Blend together add a little more water than fruit if you'd like a more water easy to sip smoothie & add more fruit than water if you'd like a more ice creamy like smoothi ! ENJOY ! :)
